Reserve Your Room at Our 2023 Host Hotel

The Chelsea Hotel is our official host hotel for the 2023 International Indigenous Music Summit!

Room reservations must be made by May 26, 2023 in order to secure the event discount rate.

The event discount rate is available from May 30 – June 5, 2023. We are not able to book rooms at the discounted rate outside of these dates. If you need to extend your reservation outside these dates, please book your stay within the discounted room block, and then contact the hotel directly to add additional dates at their normal room rate.

Rates (Queen or Double): $289/night + tax/fees

Additional Room Occupants
After double occupancy, each extra person, sharing a room will be charged an additional $30.00 per
night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of seventeen (17) years who share
with their parents and utilize the existing bedding. Maximum occupancy per room is a total of four (4)
people (adults and children included).

Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be cancelled by 4:00pm EST 48 hours (2 days) prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a charge of a 1 night stay plus taxes. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation should there be suspicious, fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
