Allied Music Centre: TD Music Hall: 178 Victoria Street, Toronto
Toronto’s newest state-of-the art live music club with a view of the city
Recently launched in early 2023, the new TD Music Hall located on the 4th floor of Allied Music Centre is the epitome of a great modern concert venue. The 500-person capacity space features a cutting-edge immersive audio system delivering unmatched sound, great sightlines throughout, a dynamic view of the city from its floor to ceiling windows, and direct recording capabilities to capture those seminal moments of music-making for posterity. Toronto has never seen (or heard) a venue like this.
The Rivoli: 334 Queen Street West, Toronto
The Rivoli has been providing amazing experiences for its guests since 1982. The management and staff are committed to making the venue a place of inclusivity and culture in downtown Toronto.
The venue has three unique offerings under one roof. The first floor has a restaurant in the front room with an event space in the back. The second floor is a pub style environment with pool tables and arcade games.
Buddies in Bad Times Theatre: 12 Alexander St, Toronto
The largest and longest-running queer theatre in the world. Established in 1979, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre is Toronto’s leading destination for artistically rigorous alternative theatre and a world leader in developing queer voices and stories for the stage. Buddies offers a year-round program that includes a full season of queer theatre, new works festivals, artist residencies, and intergenerational training and education initiatives. In its 40-year history Buddies has welcomed over one million people into its home in the heart of Toronto’s queer village and has premiered over 1,000 new works for the stage, making it the largest and longest-running queer theatre company in the world.
TRANZAC
The TRANZAC is a community arts venue dedicated to supporting, presenting, and promoting creative and cultural activity in Toronto. We are a registered not-for-profit corporation, with a board of directors that is elected by the club’s membership. Directors are elected at annual meetings for two-year, overlapping terms, and include members of the arts community as well as professionals who provide skills to help run the organization.
Native Canadian Centre of Toronto
Native Canadian Centre of Toronto is a membership-based, charitable organization located in the heart of downtown Toronto in a beautifully renovated heritage building. NCCT offers a wide range of programs and services based on Indigenous cultural traditions and teachings. All are welcome.
