IIMS 2024 Host Hotel

The Doubletree by Hilton Toronto Downtown is our official host hotel for the 2024 International Indigenous Music Summit!

Rates (Queen or Double): $289/night + tax/fees
Discounted room rates are based on a maximum occupancy of two (2) persons per room.

Room reservations must be made by May 27, 2024 in order to secure the event discount rate.

The event discount rate is available from June 9 – 15, 2024. Additionally, the hotel will honour the discounted rates for 2 days before and after the event, subject to availability on those check-in days. If you need to extend your reservation outside these dates, please book your stay within the discounted room block, and then contact the hotel directly to add additional dates at their normal room rate.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be cancelled at least seventy-two (72) hours before the check-in time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in a charge of a 1 night stay plus taxes. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation should there be suspicious, fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
