DRMNGNOW is a proud First Nations artist of the Yorta Yorta People DRMNGNOW is Yorta Yorta artist known for thought provoking decolonial content exploring Indigenous rights and Culture via the mediums of hip hop and experimental electronic elements. An electrifying artist with a grass roots ethic and big picture vision, that is driven by
aspirations of First Nations liberation and Sovereignty. This links into DRMNGNOWs work also as a community organiser and advocate of First Peopes rights in so called AUstralia where he has hada pivotal impact on many key causes for First Peoples of so called Australia in recent years relating to Land Justice , Police brutality, and Sovereignty .
DRMNGNOW is one of the most paradigm affecting artists to come out of this land in recent memory with a catalogue of
striking and thought provoking decolonial anthems such as Australia Does Not Exist& ; and
Indigenous Land and Survive. Other powerful releases have included songs with a deeper melodic touch including collaborations with Kee'ahn and Emily Wurramurra, 'Ancestors' and 'Get back to the Land' an Archie Roach remake made for ABC musics Deadly Hearts in 2020 for NAIDOC Week.
